Recreation Weeknight Challeger Training

We have several types of training available during the week as shown in the schedule below. Please look for the year your child was born and then G for girls and B for boys. For example, a boy born in 2011 would be 2011B. Please feel free to contact me with questions at ebsoccer.trainingvp@gmail.com.

You must show a completed health check to a trainer upon arrival.  If you arrive late, you must wait with your child until the trainer takes a break to verify your status.  Interruption of training sessions will not be tolerated.

Academy & Festivals are included in your registration fee.  We consider them highly recommended sessions.  We do not view them as optional.  NO-Sign up necessary (for optimal training, we recommend no more than 15 players per trainer when possible).

  • Academy Training - Academy training is for an entire age group to work with professional trainers.  The players are not working in a team structure.  Typically the players will be broken into groups to work on technical skills. The curriculum will change based on age.
  • Festival Tournaments - Festival style training provides an opportunity for an entire age group to work in a team like structure while scrimmaging with other players in their division.
  • Advanced Training sessions for 2014 and 2015 children will be recommended by the VP of Futures (Andrew Sether).
  • Advanced Training for 2009 and 2010 players are geared towards seasoned players that are preparing for travel level play.   Please use discretion when sending your child to this session.

COVID RULES

Please ensure that spectators are physically distancing themselves and wearing masks when you are unable to maintain physical distance from members of your household unless you are unable to wear a mask.   Additionally, the same mask rules apply to players when arriving and leaving.

Team Practices

Team practices will be held on the Fairgrounds. Please do not set up in front of a goal, as this is a shared space.  Coaches are asked to use the least amount of space needed when running their practice sessions.  Practice fields are not assigned, so please be respectful of others when setting up.  All practice sessions must be completed by 845pm.

.Looking forward to a great season.  My goal is to help all of our kids learn to love the Beautiful game of soccer, develop as players, and if we can teach them about teamwork, good sportsmanship, self-confidence, and determination, I would call this season a SUPER success.  It takes all of us to model these behaviors.  By the way… we should all have FUN!!!

Thank you,
